The planters are planted with native species and species which benefit wildlife by creating habitat and providing food.&nbsp;Funded by the Welsh Government&#8217;s Local Places for Nature grant and Challenge Fund and National Resources Wales funding.&nbsp;Partnership project between Swansea Council, Natural Resources Wales, University of Wales Trinity St David and Urban Foundry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed\"><div
